About the Programme
The Beta Glass Apprenticeship Programme is a 12-month training initiative designed for early-career professionals who want to build strong technical skills in manufacturing.
Successful candidates will gain practical, hands-on experience in a modern production environment. Participants will work closely with engineers and technical experts, learning about manufacturing processes, equipment handling, maintenance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily production and engineering operations
• Assist in equipment handling, monitoring, and maintenance
• Participate in troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Follow safety and quality standards in all activities
• Work with technical teams to improve production efficiency
Requirements
• OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Glass Technology
• Minimum of Lower Credit
• 0 to 2 years work experience
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
